Beyond #MeToo - Take Action for #WomanPower

fb beyond metoo.png

Exactly one year ago the world was changed forever by the #MeToo movement, and the way sexual harassment and assault are discussed has definitely changed for the better. Millions of women around the world were encouraged by the campaign to come forward with their experiences of sexual harassment which has been a milestone on our way to gender equality. #MeToo is a culture-changing campaign, but the question remains: what now?

We need to make sure the gender equality message gets across to new audiences and new generations. At Kota, organizations such as Colors of Connection, WomenStrong, and Aware Girls can collaborate and increase their impact. Kota is the framework where this happens.

Come listen to these organizations talk about their work, and join us at our crowdfunding campaign launch party, let’s get to know each other!

Drinks and appetizers; free admission for Kota members; non-members suggested donation $10.
