Kota’s vision is to help close the gender equity gap by increasing our collective capacity to create change: by providing like-minded organizations a community hub to connect and amplify their work.
Rather than competing with existing organizations or duplicating efforts, we foster collaboration with women focused non-profits and entrepreneurs, both locally and globally - to pave the path towards gender equity, inclusive economic growth, and increased well being for women, families, and the world.
