Meet Dominique Murphy, the leader of Strong Moms, a growing network of West Harlem mothers who recognize that the strong bonds of community can help alleviate the stress, isolation, and trauma that over-burdened, under-resourced single mothers face.

Kota is partnering with Dominique to expand Strong Moms, offering a series of group meetings and activities that will complement the network's community building programs by delivering health and wellness support services tailor-made for high-impact mothers. This self-care is critical to showing up fully for others; after all, you can’t pour from an empty cup.
