This is the 8th annual Finland Center Midsummer 5K run/Nordic Walk which is to be held on Sunday, June 16th, 2019, 9:00 AM, with start at Bartel Pritchards Lot at Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY
Pre race packet pick up will be at the Running Company/Jack Rabbit, at Time Warner Center in Manhattan, on Saturday, June 15th, from 11 AM to 4:00 PM
Nordic Pole walking is noncompetitive. Walkers will leave after runners. Instruction in proper use of poles at 8:30am by certified instructor from Hyva Nordic Walking. Nordic Walking Poles and Audio Receiver will be provided. Please bring a pair of headphones. You may also bring your own poles.
