Black and Silenced Project Launch

In honor of the Say Her Name campaign, join Black and Silenced on October 27, 2020 at 12pm EST for the virtual launch of our global healing justice project; and panel discussion in partnership with Kota Alliance, sponsored by Counterpart International. 

The interactive panel features Black women from diverse communities and cultures (African, African-American, and Afro-Latina) and a safe space for discussions on the impact of systemic and structural racism, discrimination, trauma, and violence on the mental health and well-being within heterogeneous Black communities; the journey to healing; and the importance of allies. 

Panelists are:
