Are you in need of an extra boost of focus in the morning, or just want to take 30 minutes to refocus? The Mindfulness Boost morning sessions will help you prepare for the day ahead. The series includes a total of four classes, which you can pick and choose from - or attend them all!
The event is free of charge, and organized by Harlem Wellness Center.
Harlem Wellness Center specializes in building health conscious communities that fortify body, mind and soul wellness. They offer custom designed virtual wellness circles, mindfulness based racial healing and anti-racism workshops, as well as private and group virtual mindfulness meditation training.
