Through breath and letting go, we will sustain the poses to increase suppleness in the joints and promote flexibility. We will hold poses for 3-5 minutes, with the intention of lengthening the connective tissue (fascia) of the body.
Please have a mat, yoga blocks or alternatives (stacks of books or wrapped paper towel rolls) and a blanket or towel.

Sabrina Moscola is a native New Yorker and RYT-200, certified in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. She is also the Deputy Editor and Writer for NEW YORK YOGA + LIFE Magazine and leads creative meditation and journaling workshops. Her love of writing is often woven into classes by sharing poems and passages, and exploring the narrative created by a slower practice with curiosity and humor.
