Yin Yoga is a slow practice, mainly on the ground. We will hold poses for 3-5 minutes, with the intention of lengthening the connective tissue (fascia) of the body. Through breath and letting go, we will sustain the poses to increase suppleness in the joints and promote flexibility.
Please have a mat, yoga blocks or alternatives (stacks of books or wrapped paper towel rolls) and a blanket or towel.
