Kota Alliance continues to drive economic equity for women with #KotaDay2021. Jjoin us as we focus our collective wisdom and competencies to address some of the most pressing challenges:

·      How to build a good training program during a pandemic 

·      Marketing to the right audience 

·      Following up and evaluating training impact

Kota Academy is a Kota’s newest initiative - a platform for nonprofits or women entrepreneurs, working in the space of workforce development and women entrepreneurship. We welcome participants in entrepreneurship programs and those looking for mentorship opportunities!
