Free Monthly Digital Reiki

Join us monthly for FREE reiki with a digital twist! Kota Alliance brings you this accessible event to feel the shift in your body, mind, and soul.

🌿 A space to relax, recharge, and realign for everyone

Each circle will be facilitated by a trained Reiki practitioner/facilitator and will center on a theme of the month. Energy medicine is a tool of many cultures and traditions around the world, and for many Indigenous peoples throughout time. We offer this space for anyone who wants to join, as you are, from wherever you are.

You’ll receive the Zoom link via email after signing up, so keep an eye out for the confirmation email. If you have any trouble joining the meeting, please email deenalynn@kota-alliance.org for help.

REIKI INFO:

Reiki is a gentle non-invasive bio-field form of holistic healing. Reiki supports the body, mind, spirit and emotions in reducing pain and increasing immunity. It is an alternative complimentary energy medicine that is safe for use with traditional medicine treatments.

DeenaLynn Dockery-Collins:

DeenaLynn is a Graduate of The New York College of Health Professions Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine; Acupuncturist, Herbalist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Eastern Nutritionist, Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, Qigong Practitioner and Spiritual Consultant. As a healer, her focus is on developing curricula and strong partnerships that support optimum health and well-being for individual and organizations. Her work is deeply centered around serving disenfranchised young adults and the BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ community. She builds relationships with her clients and patients to help them achieve their wellness goals and highest desires. She is a passionate, and dedicated health professional with more than 15 years of experience as a multidisciplinary healer, and trauma healing facilitator. She practices an integral, East/West approach to optimum wellness and believe joyful living depends bringing in to balance the 4 pillars of health: Body, Mind, Spirit, and Emotions.

ADDITIONAL SPACE INFORMATION:

HOW TO SHOW UP: Come as you are in whatever is most comfortable to you. There are no expectations for how you show up - just that however you join is in respect and appreciation to the fellow attendees. You'll receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email after signing up.

ACCESSIBILITY: Join us however you are most comfortable in your body - sitting, standing, or laying down - and in whatever way you are most comfortable from whatever your comfortable clothes are to end your day with this shared practice space and with your camera on or off (we understand camera fatigue). Anything we do in shared space together can be modified to your comfort level but overall it is a practice that is very easy and restorative for any and all bodies.
