Join us on Tuesdays for a FREE yoga experience for women with a digital twist! For the first time, Kota Alliance is bringing you Digital Yoga. Our practice includes breathwork, stillness and manifesting ritual.
Whether you are a trouper or a first timer, we want to welcome you for a time of

- Connection to your breath and flow and
- Enjoying yoga from a new perspective!
Please have journaling materials, water for hydration, a candle, pillows or cushions and a light blanket for comfort. You can share with us an affirmation or inspirational quote that supports clarity and focused action.
ADDITIONAL SPACE INFORMATION:
HOW TO SHOW UP: Come as you are in whatever is most comfortable to you. There are no expectations for how you show up - just that however you join is in respect and appreciation to the fellow attendees. You'll receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email after signing up.
ACCESSIBILITY: Join us however you are most comfortable in your body - sitting, standing, or laying down - and in whatever way you are most comfortable from whatever your comfortable clothes are to end your day with this shared practice space. Anything we do in shared space together can be modified to your comfort level but overall it is a practice that is very easy and restorative for any and all bodies.
