Free Women’s Yoga in West Harlem – Every Saturday!

After a well-deserved summer pause, Kota Alliance in partnership with Harlem Wellness Center are thrilled to welcome you back on September 13th for the return of our beloved Free Women’s Yoga in West Harlem!

Whether you are a longtime regular or rolling out your mat for the very first time, this is your space to reconnect, recharge, and flow into your weekend with energy and intention. Come move, laugh, and build community. Your Saturday sanctuary is back!

The Kota Alliance is an organization promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women. The classes are held at the beautiful Kota Nest, providing a serene and welcoming environment for all attendees. We always do our best to accommodate walk-ins, even if the class is fully booked on Eventbrite! Please feel free to attend even if you haven't been able to sign up.

Our yoga classes will be led by Heather Payne Woodbine, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Holistic Health Coach, and Ayurveda Educator.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
